calling all cooks! [GIVEAWAY]

As you hopefully already know, I've been working behind the scenes for the past six months to create a treasure trove of new recipes for my first cookbook! The cookbook will be filled with almost ALL new, easy, delicious, and inexpensive recipes! ...and while I'd like to think that I know what y'all like by now, I'd love to have a handful of Budget Bytes readers test some of the recipes and give me honest feedback.
So, I'm holding a contest/giveaway to choose 10 people at random to participate in the recipe testing process. The chosen testers will get to choose a chapter from the book and then will be able to choose one (or more) recipes from that chapter to test.
What's in it for you?
Wellll...
- You'll get an exclusive sneak peak at some of the recipe offerings,
- When the book is published you'll get a FREE copy,
- Your name will be printed in the book's acknowledgements,
- My undying love and thanks will be scrawled on the inside cover by yours truly.
How to Enter:
Below you'll see the contest widget that displays the entry options, how much time is left before the drawing, and how many entries you've completed. You'll need to log into the widget to enter, which will also provide me a way to contact you if your name is drawn. Your login info will ONLY be used for this drawing. There are three ways to enter and you can enter once, twice, or all three times if you'd like.
The Details
The drawing will close at 12:00 AM (EST) Saturday, 2/2/2013. I'll select ten random winners Saturday morning and will promptly send them an email. The winners will also be displayed in the contest widget below, once they have been chosen.
I need to hear back from the ten selected testers by the end of the day Sunday, 2/3/2013. My deadline is swiftly approaching, so we'll need to work quickly :)
Let the Games Begin!

There are so many lovely things...
But, if pressed, I'd say an appetizer of tuna tartare, followed by a medium-rare filet oscar, with a side of rotini in a spinach-cream sauce, and grilled asparagus. Finish a chocolate chip cookie and vanilla ice cream.
Pair the tuna with a glass of sauvingnon blanc, the filet with a Cab, and dessert with an irish coffee.

My last meal would have to be an all day buffet! It would be sectioned off by country, and have 3 of the most common dishes/drinks from each country! Or at least region!
Suggestions off the top of my head that I already have in mind to include:
Japan - sushi
Vietnam - pho
Italy - street pizza
Germany - sauerbratten
Russia - kvass (fermented rye drink)
US - lobster roll, jambalaya, chicken fried steak, indian flat bread, california sushi roll (okay, there's LOTS from regions across the US I'd include)
You know what? Just go here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_dish) for a starting list! As long as it's humane (really, there are some "cruel" dishes out there), I want to try it and probably will love it!
I've never met a food I didn't like (but there are many I love more than others...)

Ah that's a hard question! So many things to choose from. At the moment I'm thinking chicken and mushroom Alfredo and for dessert a really decadent chocolate cake with ice cream.

For my last meal, I'd eat something like homemade apple pie, still warm from the oven. And I'd drown it in a marvelous mountain of whipped cream. Then I would wash it down with a glass of cold, pasture-raised, raw milk from my friend's farm (and I wouldn't shake the jug before I poured the glass, so it would basically be cream...mmmm!)
